Howell Ranch Beef is a family owned ranch in the Payette River valley of southwest Idaho. They have been in business since 1998 raising top quality Angus and Angus-cross cattle.

At Howell Ranch Beef, they go to great lengths studying blood lines and EPDs of their cattle to ensure cattle have excellent growth, marbling, and carcass genetics. They never feed antibiotics or growth hormones. All of their grass, grain, and supplements are an all natural product.

Howell Ranch Beef produces top quality grass raised grain finished beef. Their cattle are on grass for approximately 1.5 years then fed a finish ration of half hay half grain for 4 to 6 months. This practice produces well marbled yet lean healthy beef. The carcass is dry aged for 14 days then cut, vacuum packed, and frozen, locking in the flavor and freshness that all customers enjoy.
