Pressure Cooker Hulless Barley

    • 1 Cup of hulless Idaho Barley
    • 3 Cups of water
    • For every cup of hulless barley use three cups of water
    • 1 cup dry equals 3 cups cooked


    • Add water and barley into the Insta Pot

    • Close lid, set valve “sealing”. Press [Manual] or [Pressure Cooker]

    • Cook for 30-35 minutes, do a quick valve release when done
